About the Miniature Golden benredoodle

The Golden Bernedoodle, also known as the Golden Mountain Doodle, is a hybrid of a Miniature Poodle, Bernese Mountain dog, and a Golden Retriever. This amazing hybrid breed comes in many different colors such as black, gold, cream, chocolate and even white!

If you are having a hard time deciding on if to adopt a goldendoodle or a bernedoodle this is the perfect solution, a mini Golden Bernedoodle !  

They even have different coat furnishings. Some Golden Mountain doodles are curly fully furnished and others range from straight easy to manage coats to luscious full Bernese or Retriever coats that do not require trips to the groomer. It is known that Golden Bernedoodles or Golden mountain doodles shed way less than other full breed dogs and depending on the coat type you are looking for some puppies will not shed at all.  With the mini Poodle parentage’s size they are likely to grow to be between 35-45lbs and average height at 18-20” at the shoulder.

It is common that a mini Golden Bernedoodle will love water and be up for a camping trip or trips to the beach due to the Golden Retriever parentage. They are also just as happy relaxing on the couch or at your feet for a good movie night at home. With the intelligence, loyalty and gentle nature of the Golden Bernedoodle they are often adopted to be therapy service dogs. Whether it be an emotional support dog or a therapy dog needed for rehab ,schools or nursing homes the Golden Bernedoodle breed is an excellent choice who has all of the traits to fit the therapy dog position.
