Our Miniature Poodle boys

Poncho has a larger than life personality and shows himself to have leadership qualities. When he first arrived at the farm he was very small and when we couldn’t find him, he would be in the toy box. He was hard to find because he looked like one of the toys. He still loves his toys and feels that they all belong to him.

Poncho is extremely smart and took very little training for him to catch on to the rules and boundaries of the house. Poncho is certainly not cut out to guard his home as he loves everyone and everything!

 Poncho enjoys digging holes in the fields in his spare time and will happily assist other members of the pack with their holes .

Poncho’s favourite song is “Who Let the Dogs Out” by Baha Men and this favourite movie is “A-X-L” a top-secret, robotic dog created by the military to help protect tomorrow's soldiers.

Bowie is the SWEETEST boy ever! As a youngster Bowie learned that on the couch was where he wanted to be. At just a couple of pounds and tiny legs he knew the couch was a huge challenge. He learned quickly however if he climbed on the cushion we put down for him he was half way to the couch and closer to reaching his goal. Once on the couch he pranced around so incredibly proud of himself, to this day he is still so proud and still uses his cushion. We call the cushion "Bowie's Ladder"

Bowie is a hidden Merle, simply meaning he does not carry the outward appearance of a Merle dog. He does however carry the Merle genetics. Bowie was named after the famous singer "David Bowie" for his two different coloured eyes.
